There are round pearls, capsule pearls, etc. After inserting the pearl, it must be forced to move back and forth inside the penis, which is very painful. The inner tissue must tear, and it takes months to heal.
Next level is method two, the Benz incision. The procedure seems simple but is very painful because a razor is used to cut the penile skin into three sections resembling the Mercedes-Benz logo. The razor used is the same type as before. This surgery also takes about a month to heal.
Moving on to method three, the Volks lift. This involves cutting the top and bottom of the penis tip to tear them apart. When the penis is erect, it spreads out, appearing larger. The wound takes about a month to heal.
Method four is the flower lift. This method requires cutting the tip of the penis into multiple sections so it spreads out like a blooming flower. The wound healing time is about a month.
And method five is olive oil injection. This involves injecting olive oil using a regular syringe into the penis to enlarge it. It’s not as painful as cutting, and the healing time is faster.
Where do prisoners get these tools?
Of course, places with tools like knives and needles must be the medical unit. These are smuggled in and sold for about 100-200 baht by fellow inmates working in the medical unit.
If infection occurs, can the prison doctors treat it?
As known, penile surgery causes injuries lasting months. Treatment involves painkillers, but painkillers are hard to get in prison. Those with severe infections are sent to hospitals. If the wound becomes gangrenous and untreatable, the affected part must be amputated 1-2 inches at a time. Besides the pain, the penis doesn’t get bigger but smaller, causing frustration. This is another reason many avoid penile surgery due to the risks.
