- Hold the penis along the ruler gently so it fits closely.

2. Measure with a measuring tape
This method is the most suitable and accurate for measuring penis size, using a measuring tape that can be bought easily in the market, though you might need to do some calculations with a calculator.
- Get the penis fully erect.
- Choose the thickest or fullest part and wrap the measuring tape around it snugly, not too tight or loose.
- Once you have the girth measurement (in millimeters), divide the result by 2.3 to get the actual size.
